If you had a chance to hold your heart in your hands, how would you treat it? Would you squeeze it tight and never let go, so it never gets hurt? Or you would just support it with opened hands and let it breathe? Let it live with a risk of getting hurt? How much can a heart take before it breaks? And once it is broken, how long does it take to heal?

What is the sound of a broken heart? Can you hear it? Does it cry or just weep? Or does it yell at the top of the lungs?  Listen to it, talk to your heart.

What does it mean to listen to your heart, can you really hear it talk? What kind of sounds does it make? Let’s try to have a conversation with it.
